Community organizing is a process by which people living in proximity to each other, are brought together to act in their common self-interest. Community organizers act as area-wide coordinators of programs for different agencies in an attempt to meet community needs for various services. Community organizers work actively, as do other types of social workers in community councils of social agencies and in community-action groups. Okay- so one of Obama’s “claim to fame” is that he is a great, successful community organizer. Well, guess who else was a successful community organizer? Hitler. Oh yeah, and Charles Manson! Our paper today had an article that was coming down on some writer for comparing Obama to Hitler. Our paper is also completely left-wing and hardcore liberal so… SHOCKER. It is a valid comparison, not meant to be taken so literal as to “What? Obama doesn’t kill jews…” blah blah, but in the way that he wants things run. Large government, very controlling, GUN CONTROL… that’s a big one. The Nazi’s didn’t want people to be able to have guns in their homes because then they would be able to defend themselves when they came to scoop them away. 

So, while it is an extreme comparison, it is actually very legitimate. But it is entertaining how liberals can  make all the negative comparisons they want (involving some of the same people at hand..) but as soon as a republican does, they’re evil and totally in the wrong. But hey, what would the world be without a little hypocrisy? We will never know…
