Media Malpractice

I watched bits and pieces of a great, new documentary entitled, “Media Malpractice… How Obama Got Elected” from www.HowObamaGotElected.com (I highly recommend checking it out). John Ziegler (a very credible man, I might add…) knows his shit. He is saying things that I have definitely been trying to enlighten to people.. for example: the fact that Joe Biden was kicked out of the Presidential race once before for plagiarism.. or the fact that Obama won his first election by getting all the other candidates kicked off the ballot. Interesting detail that the media would never leak about their darling, Obama.

Now I know I said I wouldn’t talk about the election as much now that it’s done… because ya know, I’ll have to get over the fact that the majority of Americans are well.. let’s say “below average intelligence”.. but hey, ya win some and ya lose some! This one is just so sad because people really let me down. I want to believe more in the people of this country, but when things like that happen, it’s just really hard.

Anyway- so on this website, he talks about his documentary, which you can view clips of, as well as why he believes Obama was elected, which of course, the media played a huge part in. My very smart boyfriend has said to me that it’s hard to lose when you have “the machine” behind you. The media, a lot of people with money (i.e. Oprah), celebs.. etc..

Let me add, that people are much easier to control when they’re all watching the same TV shows, going to the same movies, reading the same magazines, eating the same food… etc.. So by branching out (Hey, people! There are other news sources than CNN and MSNBC!), you are more capable of thinking for yourself. It’s just a shame that this country is so obsessed with conforming and being like everyone else (deny it all you want, your actions show it), that they don’t even TRY anymore to think outside the box. Taco Bell is the closest thing for most people to that (i.e. “Think outside the bun”).

The site, www.HowObamaGotElected.com proves what I thought all along… Obama supporters only knowthe negative things about McCain/Palin and only the positive about Obama/Biden. Funny though.. most McCain supporters I know are knowledgeable about BOTH sides, the positive and negative, about each candidate. Hmm.. how NOT surprising! Ha ha.. in this world, who knows what else will happen? I was flipping through the TV channels earlier today and caught a glimpse of E! News, which had a Jonas Brother (which, I don’t know. They could kick me in the face, and I wouldn’t know who they were) saying he was going to run for President in 2038 or something? Now, obviously I know he was probably joking, but in all reality, I can see that happening, and someone like that winning. I mean, if someone with such little experience as Obama, and not just no experience, but so much negative stigma and crap about him, can be voted President of the United States… shit, I think about anyone can!

People are so stupid, they actually mix up what Governor Palin has said with things that Tina Fey said while mocking her on SNL. Palin said once that Russia was Alaska’s neighbor (which is true) and you can actually see parts of Russia from land in Alaska (also true, look it up). Fey then mocked her one night and said, “I can see Russia from my house!” in which them Obama voters took that as Palin saying those words, which completely changes the original statement. Ha.. but how can I expect an Obama supporter to know anything about geography.. my bad.
