FRESH OFF THE…. EMAIL! Authority Zero just announced a headlining tour with Versus the World, a band that features ex-Ataris bassist Mike Davenport and Lagwagon guitarist Chris Flippin, next month. AZ is also getting ready for the release of their upcoming album via Viking Funeral/ Suburban Noize Records.

The band made this statement:

“We just returned home from a month long European tour with our new label mates Verses The World. I’d never met the guys before, but Sean had through past Good Riddance tours with Lagwagon and Ataris so they already had a pretty good connection. We hit it off really quick and the tour was just sick,” said Authority Zero’s Jason DeVore. “We all had such a good time we figured why not do it again back in the States and keep it rollin’!”

The upcoming tour is in support of their new live CD/DVD, “Less Rhythm, More Booze” which was released on Viking Funeral Records (available now).
