10 Things You Didn’t Know About Tommy Rogers of Between the Buried and Me

Metal Blade Records artist Between the Buried and Me has a new album coming out July 10th called Coma Ecliptic. To celebrate the new record, I thought it would be fun to find out 10 Things You Didn’t Know About BTBAM vocalist, Tommy Giles Rogers. Check out his list below and be sure to pre-order your copy of their new album now!

1: His first concert was Bon Jovi and Skid Row when he was 8 years old.

2: He pees sitting down when he is at home.

3: He was paid $100 by bandmate Paul Waggoner to moon a crowd in Los Angeles. It took him a almost a year to collect the debt.

4: He has a fear of flying and doesn’t like crowds… Two things that he deals with constantly while being in a band.

5: He is a self taught musician and grew up playing guitar: he played guitar in the band Prayer for Cleansing and played drums for a small stint in the band Undying.

6: The song “lkcvjvhljbvj?˜? ?nnnjmkjijm” on the new Thomas Giles album is for his son and the characters are the first thing his son ever mashed into his laptop.

7: He never ate a physical banana until he was 32 years old.

8: He has three solo records and just recently scored a full length movie.

9: His last job before becoming a professional musician was being a courier at a law firm in Raleigh, NC

10: He is fascinated by comedians and is known to watch Seinfeld on a daily basis.
