0A Perfect Circle Streams New Song
This is a band that I used to totally listen to in high school and honestly, I wasn’t even aware that they were still making music. A Perfect Circle, a group made up of Maynard James Keenan of Tool and guitarist Billy Howerdel, just announced that they will be releasing a greatest hits comp titled Three Sixty. The record is set to drop November 18th and includes 13 tracks (or 19 tracks with the deluxe edition) of including a song they wrote during a 2010-2011 tour called By and Down. It’s a five and a half minute song that you can hear now if you head to Spin.com and check it out.
A Perfect Circle also announced they will be releasing their sold-out box collection digitally: A Perfect Circle Live: Featuring Stone and Echo. The set contains live performances from all three of their studio albums and a DVD of a 2011 performance at Red Rocks.
“Some of the songs we haven’t played in eight to 10 years,” frontman Keenan recently told Rolling Stone about the box set. ”Some of them we hadn’t played at all. In the box that you have, you have those three CDs, and then you have us live at Red Rocks. Always fun to play Red Rocks.”
The box set is due out November 28.
