A Wilhelm Scream Announce New Single
I wouldn’t kick these dudes outta bed! Oh wait, what I MEANT to say was New Bedford-based band A Wilhelm Scream just announced the release of a new single called Boat Builders. This melodic-hardcore five-some inspired No Idea Records founder Var Thelin to say:
“How in the world we pulled this off, I am still not sure! Within the span of one week, we had records in our hands and were running them across town to get the b-side screen printed. The world debut was made at the No Idea Parking Lot Sale on Sunday of the Fest 11… and later at the band’s show. Wow. Can we take a breather now? Wheeeew!! There were 500 made on olive vinyl. Screen printed records. Awesome NEW song!!”
The band has plans to release their upcoming new full-length in 2013 also on No Idea Records.
