Now a days, there are few bands/musicians that have careers that are a decade or longer, but Andrew WK is one that can safely say they have been successful in this industry for over ten years. Obviously, fans are a HUGE part of a successful band, and Andrew WK fans came through when they voted the dude as “BEST BAND IN NEW YORK CITY” and beat out bands like MGMT, Mos Def, and more. Currently, Andrew WK is working on a collaboration with 3OH!3 and has lots of new music on the way. Whether I actually like someone’s music or not, I can always appreciate a hard working musician, and I ALSO happen to love people that work hard and party harder (like this kid)! Someone that can balance being a party monster with being successful as just about anything needs a little credit, right? 🙂
