Bayside Releases New Single, “Prayers”
Bayside just unleashed one of their heaviest songs to date, Prayers, is available to stream now. Listen here.
“We wanted a riff that acted as a musical theme to the song and once we wrote the ‘Prayers’ riff, it sort of told a story on its own,” lead singer Anthony Raneri shares. “The drama and heaviness in that opening riff alone easily set the tone for the rest of the song.”
Acoustic Volume 2 was released last year, which featured a collection of re-imagined versions of songs from the band’s discography. The album landed #4 spot on the Current Alternative chart, as well as #7 Record Label Independent, #8 on both Top Current Rock and LP Vinyl, and #14 Current Digital, among others. It is still available for purchase on the band’s website.
