Okay so I don’t even know if BJ is the one that is sick, but Green Day has postponed the first four dates of their upcoming tour and have canceled the Toronto date all together. Several of the band members have fallen ill, along with some of the crew. Hmm.. some bad beef skewers maybe?
The dates postponed are St. Louis, MO on 9/20, Chicago, IL on 9/21; and Detroit, MI on 9/24. The show in Toronto, ONT on 9/23. Tickets from these shows will be honored for the new dates. The band commented:
“We’re so sad to announce we have to postpone three shows and cancel Toronto. Many of us have been battling this infection for days on end to be ready, and it just got the best of us”
