0Black Tusk Streams New Track, “Born of Strife”
Black Tusk of Savannah, GA has been around for over ten years and after four full-lengths, numerous splits and EPs and tons of shows, the band is now streaming a new track from their upcoming album, Pillars of Ash. Head over to Decibel Magazine to hear the new song now.
The band experienced an immense tragedy in late 2014 when their founding bassist/vocalist Jonathan Athon passed away from a motorcycle accident. The new album is the band’s last recordings with Athon. The record will drop January 29th via Relapse Records. Recorded with Toxic Holocaust’s Joel Grind behind the boards and featuring artwork by Jeremy Hush (Skeletonwitch, Rwake).
Black Tusk has some tour dates coming up early next year, so check those out below along with the Pillars of Ash track list.
