0Blacklist Royals Debut New Track But Don’t Really Want You To Die
Nashville’s Blacklist Royals have debuted a track from their upcoming album, Die Young With Me. The title track can be streamed now on USA Today now! The album is set to drop June 10th via Krian Music Group / UMG and is produced by Ted Hutt (Chuck Ragan, Lucero, The Gaslight Anthem). Hearts on Fire is another track released from the upcoming album, which can be streamed on Noisey.
Brothers Nat and Rob Rufus shared all responsibility of writing the lyrics and the album captures a variety of experiences that are sure to please all current and new BLR fans.
“It was supposed to sound like two brothers in a room playing music together,” Nat says. “That’s what the whole record is about – two brothers who stand side by side and don’t give up. I think that’s something anyone can relate to regardless of his or her specific struggle. The record is about this really heavy idea. It’s like opening a diary for everyone to read.”
