From the beautiful state of North Carolina, Between the Buried and Me (commonly abbreviated as BTBAM) has graced our ear drums with some pretty epic metal. Yeah, I said epic. If you read enough of my crap, I’ll say rad, too. Â I live in California now so isn’t there some kind of contract that I have to say these things…? Pfft aaaaaaanyway…
BTBAM – Cool Tour 2010 – Hollywood Palladium
There are only a few bands worth interviewing more than once, and BTBAM definitely falls under that category. Â Back in January, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Dan Briggs, the beast of a bassist for the band, and last Friday I got to talk to Dan again while they were in Hollywood on the Cool Tour (who names this crap?) with As I Lay Dying, Underoath, blessthefall, The Acacia Strain, Cancer Bats, Architects and War of Ages. Yes. That is QUITE the lineup! So nearing the end of this metal-tastic tour, Dan and I talked about the tour, working on a new EP, and bein’ sexxxxay. Yep. Check it out!
