Check Out: Come Out Fighting
I ran another ReverbNation campaign recently where artists can apply to be featured on PWV by submitting a song for me to review. This campaign had almost 900 submissions, so needless to say I needed an extension to get around to listening to them! Of the submissions, I narrowed it down to three and then took a few days to decide before finally landing on Come Out Fighting.
They’re a five-piece hardcore punk band hailing from Detroit. 7 Seconds, Minor Threat, Comeback Kid and Rise Against are some of the bands they’re heavily influenced by, and they’re committed to bringing their veteran experience and style to the scene.
The band is currently recording the follow up to their 2017 release, Aweigh All Anchors. The new album is entitled Any Port in a Storm and is with producer Matt Dalton of Rock Hill Sound (Attila, Turncoat, Battlecross, Chiodos) and is expected to drop in early 2019.
