Dear Courtney Love, You Are An Insane Person
I’m sure many of you are aware of the recent news about the Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 and how it’s mysteriously gone missing without a trace. While I didn’t know anyone on the flight or have anything to do with it, it’s one of those news stories that peaked my interest so I am often searching online for updates and such. Maybe it’s because I watch Lost, who knows? Anyway, I stumbled across
So what does this news have to do with Courtney Love? Let me enlighten you. This woman believes she has found the plane. The posted the above photo on her Facebook page, which she made using Tomnod (a website that allows users to scour satellite photos). Sans the red font (which was added by Courtney), the image has been floating around Reddit all day. I’m fairly certain she used some sort of free paint program that came on her Dell laptop to draw the letters on, but she listed facts trying to convince the web that she was right. Things like, the shot is “like a mile away from Pulau Perek, where they ‘last’ tracked it.”
The satellite photograph was from March 12, a full four days after the plane disappeared. After that many days, it’s unlikely the plane would be visible from the surface of the ocean, but as Courtney also said, she is “no expert.” And HEY, NEITHER ARE WE.
