Kentucky has not only given us the awesomeness that is moonshine, bourbon and finger lickin’ good fried chicken… but the bluegrass state has also given us Emarosa. This bunch formed in 2006 and already had their first EP released by 2007. Â Their second and most recent release [self-titled], came out June 29, 2010, just in time for the Van’s Warped Tour.

Emarosa’s frontman, Jonny Craig, is also planning a solo tour soon after Warped. Craig is well known in the scene world from other bands such as Dance Gavin Dance and filling in on tour for A Skylit Drive‘s ill vocalist. Â He’s also currently in another band called Isles and Glaciers.
The third stop of the 2010 Warped Tour in Ventura, CA was a busy one for me; but few interviews seem to be more popular than my chat with Jonny and Will of Emarosa. Â Check it out!!
