Hal Sparks Has a Band?

Yes.

They’re called Zero 1 and they had their very first live show at The Viper Room last night (Thursday, Feb. 3rd). Guess what? I WAS THERE.  I snapped some photos of your favorite ex-Talk Soup host and comedian who also happens to hail from the same great state as me… Kentucky! FUCKYASS.

Curious? They sound like 1998 radio-rock, but with more eyeliner, nail polish and motorcycle boots. Hal has a pretty decent voice though, I was impressed! Now if only his bass player could find his shirt… hmm.
