I’m hittin’ the streets!

People should now by now that I love music. Not only do I love listening to music and going to shows, but I like to work on the promotional sides of things as well. I am passionate enough about it, that I actually enjoy “working” to help a band out, whether I’m writing press releases, promoting a CD or upcoming show.. it just never feels like work to me. When you find something you’re good at and you enjoy.. go for it! Duh! SO, with all that said, I have jumped on the Razorheart Records (of LA) team to help jump start The Syncope Threshold, an up-and coming band that has major potential. I have been on many-o-streem teams in my day, and promoted shows, albums, merch.. you name it, I’ve done it.

In the near future, I will have a feature on the band, featuring an interview with Tom, Ryan, Ron, and Mike (only Joe was missing… that bastard).

The Syncope Threshold

If you’re interested in helping out, just send an email to: denise.razorheartrecords@gmail.com with your name, address, phone #, and a short blurb as to why you’d be good on the team. Once we get going, you’ll receive all the materials you need (posters, stickers, flyers, etc..). With that, you’ll be expected to:
*Hand out flyers/stickers
*Hang up posters
*Attend shows (if you’re in the LA area)
*Blog, comment, etc.. about the band/CD online
*Document these with pictures, and email them to my gmail account
Trust me, if you’re passionate about music, this may be something you need to try out. It sounds lame to some people because you won’t be seeing a paycheck, but trust me, the experience is worth it and you’ll actually be doing something.
