KarbomB Live Footage
A few weeks ago, I trekked my ass along with my camera gear all the way to Georgia to interview/shoot Athens punk band, KarbomB. If you haven’t heard of them yet, just think of what it would take for you to take time off work and fly across the country to cover a band. Yes, I support them that much and just for that, you should take a moment to check this out.

Warbird Entertainment released their debut full length, Nose Before Toes, and once I gave it a whirl I was a goner. I was hooked on this catchy ass, 90’s punk shit. If anyone knows me very well, they know that I grew up with a 90’s Fat Wreck Chord’s hard on and it’s one of my favorite genres. I feel like it’s classic and I will never stop listening to it. The best way I can describe KarbomB is that they play exactly what my stupid ass ears want to hear. I can’t thank them enough for being one of the few bands left today that aren’t scared to start something without giving a fuck what’s cool now or whatever. They’re playing the shit they wanna play, and fuck it if people aren’t into it, because the cool kids are gonna understand. AM I RIGHT?
Anyway, I linked to the interview above but HERE is it again, it’s not one to miss! Now I’m just posting all the live footage I got while I was in town, which was definitely a priority while I was there. Their live show only proves they are awesome. That is all.
Side note: If you don’t have time/ are lazy/ are stupid and can only watch 1-2 videos, I SUGGEST “Below the Boot” because it’s my favorite <3
Also, the Caledonia Lounge footage is much better than The Loft. It’s just an overall better venue with better light, sound, etc… and I had also had fewer drinks whilst filming them. I did, however, get massive bruises on my knees from awkwardly perching myself on the soundboard next to a large friendly gentleman. GO ME!
