Less Than Jake Signs to Fat Wreck
YES THEY’RE STILL A BAND! Less Than Jake can’t even stay on the record label one of their founding members created because Fat Wreck Chords is just that fucking awesome. The band just announced they will be joining the ranks of Lagwagon, Good Riddance, Dead to Me, Banner Pilot and a whole slew of fucking amazing bands on Fat Wreck Chord’s roster. On top of that, they’ve got a new album coming out this fall and tour dates with Hostage Calm and Pentimento. Feck. Pre-order that shit now!!

“Looks like the team is officially back! Following the 2012 reissue of the Fat classic Borders & Boundaries and the subsequent EP collection Greetings & Salutations, it only made sense to bring Less Than Jake back into the Fat folds for real. This fall will see a brand new Less Than Jake album on Fat Wreck Chords, their first full length of brand new material since 2008.”
As mentioned, this new record is the band’s first NEW full-length since 2008’s GNV FLA. It will also be the band’s first new material on Fat Wreck in over ten years! THEY ALWAYS COME BACK. muah ahhhhhhh
These ding dongs have been writing music in their hometown of Gainesville for the last few months and will start recording next month. LTJ plans to hit the road with Hostage Calm and Pentimento (oh I can’t wait to follow that tour on instagram), and you can peep those dates below.
