Lucero interview
They’re a little bit punk and a LOTTA bit country, but the boys of Lucero have won the hearts of fans from all genres. While I’m not typically a fan of music this low key, I can’t help but get stoked for their set at the sixth stop of the 2011 Van’s Warped Tour in Pomona, CA. I got to talk Ben Nichols (vocals) about the tour, beards, and making out with chicks. Check it out!

I have seen them live a few times, and they are yet to disappoint me. Believe me… I am a tough crowd. While Lucero doesn’t seem like my cup of tea, I can at least appreciate good musicians and I am not hating on these guys, they are definitely fucking great at what they do.
