Man Overboard on Pop Punk’s Not Dead Tour
Man Overboard joined the ranks of New Found Glory, The Wonder Years, Set Your Goals and This Time Next Year for the Pop Punk’s Not Dead Tour. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this band since I hadn’t seen them live before. Honestly, I hadn’t really listened to them before their album dropped the previous week! Also- with the sea of bands now a days, sometimes you lose sight of the ones that put out a really good album or put on a solid, live performance. Man Overboard played like a band on direct support, and not second on the bill. This was a pretty killer tour (the show I attended was sold out), and so being on the tour at all was great, but actually backing it up was another thing, and I proud of these little fellers!
They just released their self-titled album on Rise Records, and I think you’ll be seeing a lot more of these dudes! Check out some of my photos from their set at the House of Blues on the Sunset Strip!
