Nerf Herder Announces New Album
Geek-rock pioneers Nerf Herder will be releasing their fifth studio album, Rockingham, March 11th via their own label, Golfshirt Records. The band partnered with Exclaim.ca to debut a new song from the record, The Girl Who Listened to Rush, which you can listen to now.
Vocalist/guitarist Parry Gripp commented:
“I’m a huge Rush fan! I spent a whole year of high school listening only to Rush, because at the time I felt all other music was inferior. My dream was to meet an actual girl who listened to Rush.”
The band will be playing a hometown show in Santa Barbara on April 5th and celebrate their record release with a show at The Troubadour April 8th. Details below.
