I cannot express how much I love hearing music from a brand new band that I’m into. It’s sad that it’s more uncommon than not, but most bands starting out now a days just don’t push the right buttons for me. While the members of Of Legends (Season of Mist) have been in previous bands, this one is by far my favorite. Their debut album, Stranded, is out March 29, and it’s full on BRUTAL. They’re sort of a mix of Architects and Dillinger Escape Plan (but slower), while maintaining a sound their own. On the outside, the record seems full of hate and anger, but after talking with vocalist Luis Dubuc, I learned that the album was about much more. ÂCheck out our little chat after their set at The Glasshouse in Pomona, CA.
