Screw the JONAS brothers, it’s time to make room for the BROGAN brothers. Rise Records has broken away from their usual screamo image to sign the boys of PMtoday. This band hails to us from the great state of Arkansas, and they’re newest release, In Media Res, has a little bit of indie, a little bit of rock, and a lot of awesomeness. I’m a punk rocker through and through, but I will give anything a chance and this is one band I’m glad I gave a real listen. From faster songs like People Are Machines to slower ballads like I Am Wrong, there’s something on there for everyone. Fans of bands like Placebo and other indie-rock style bands (I even think of Taking Back Sunday sometimes when I listen to them), for sure check out PMtoday. Truuuuust me, you won’t be disappointed!
