PRB Sells Out Golden Nugget Hotel Block in Record Time
The 2015 Punk Rock Bowling lineup has ruffled a few feathers to say the least. If you missed my A Response To The People Responding to the PRB Complainers, go check it out before you shut your laptop and stare into the fridge for five minutes. But even before all that, check out what PRB co-founder Shawn Stern posted on Facebook yesterday:
Personally, I always stay at the Golden Nugget for PRB weekend. I go with the Carson Tower because it’s the cheapest of the options and I always book early (January) because it’s also the first to sell out. With that said, this is still the fastest it’s ever sold out, which shocks me because of how much people have been complaining about the lineup. The club shows won’t be announced until early March, so with that over a month away so that’s gotta say something!
While the headliners are big, I am most stoked for Sick of it All and A Wilhelm Scream. I know it seems random but they are two bands that don’t seem to tour Southern California much but I love the shit out of both of them. Obviously, I am stoked for many of the other bands as well but I am mostly just excited about the weekend in general. It never disappoints no matter who is playing, so see you in Vegas, you fucks!
