Red City Radio Announce New Tour (YAYYY)
GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! Red City Radio just announced a brand new co-headliner with Broadway Calls set to kick off next month. Supporting acts include Silver Snakes and other TBD bands. I know I wrote YAYYY in the title of this post but the tour isn’t even coming near me so BOOOOO. I mean yayy that this band is getting out and touring because they fucking rule and I want nothing more than for lots of people to hear them and go support their tour… and then for them to come live in my living room and play for me every day. NBD.
The band’s 2011 release, The Dangers of Standing Still (which made it into my Top 10 Albums of 2011), was released on Paper + Plastic and received rave reviews. A 2013 full-length release is in the works! EFF-YEAH.
Broadway Calls will have their new LP, Comfort/Distraction (to be released on February 5) for sale during the course of the tour.
