Sharks (James and Andrew) interview
Warped Tour is full of both old and new bands; and while I normally look forward to the old ones a bit more, I was actually stoked to check out Rise Records newbies, Sharks. They just released their debut album, The Joys of Living, which is a 14 track record of previously released songs with two new ones in the mix. While Rise is known for the uber-popular metalcore scene bands, Sharks is NOT one of them. Thank god.
At the sixth stop of the 2011 Warped Tour in sunny Pomona, CA, I talked with James (vocals) and Andrew (guitar) to see what they had going on. They said I was the first of 42 interviews so I’m glad I caught them early! BOOSH.
