80ww_PromoImage

After a lengthy hiatus, Sheer Terror came out from the darkness four years ago. The band originated back in 1984 and was active until 1998, with a few farewell shows in 2004 and 2010.  But now, the band is set to release a new album called Standing Up For Falling Down to drop via Reaper Records. The new lineup consists of Mike Delorenzo (guitar), Jason Carter (bass), and Anthony Corallo (drums).  The new album will be released July 15th.

Sheer Terror has been seen as a staple in the punk scene since their beginning, and they have released some of the most classic hardcore records to date, including Just Cant Hate Enough (1990), Ugly and Proud (1991), Thanks Fer Nuthin (1992) and Love Songs For The Unloved (1995).  The new record will be the band’ first full length since Long Songs and was recorded with Dean Baltulonis at Thump Studios in Brooklyn.

Pre-order Standing Up For Falling Down now from Reaper Records.
