0The Gaslight Anthem To Release Singles Collection
SideOneDummy’s The Gaslight Anthem announced they will be releasing a Singles Collection: 2008-2011 on June 18, 2013. The set will include nine 7″ 45’s which feature the band’s singles and rarities along with a 45 RPM adapter all packed up nicely in a wooden collector’s chest. I’m sure Jaded Punk Hulk will be the first to not order it.
The band, led by frontman and founding member Brian Fallon, started making little girls weep back in 2008 with their album, The ’59 Sound. The record helped the band sell out shows across the country and led to performances on Letterman and Conan, expediting the band’s success to a whole new level. In 2010, their record American Slang debuted at #16 on the Billboard Top 200. Shit.
You can pre-order the set and check out it’s contents below.
